Flower Market is inspired by lush blooms, frilly textures, bold colors and delicate lines. Florals mingle with patterns to create a vibrant experience like that of walking through a bustling flower market.

Nathalie Lete’s Sunday in the Country is reminiscent of a Renoir painting, when, in the 19th century, Parisians would picnic along the river and in the shadows of trees in the French countryside.

“Triple Take” builds its beauty off of the simple saturation of the Second Nature collection from Chapter Two. For Chapter Four: “Bouquet”, I have recolored the art and added a bit of pale, reflective color to play along beautifully with the naturalistic and floral tones of “Sunday in the Country” by Nathalie Lete and “Flower Market” by Courtney Cerruti. The Boom Boom panel takes multiple square vignettes and arranges them into a show-stopping presentation of line and color that is as enticing to cut up for patchwork as it is to use as backgrounds for appliqué- not to mention as a whole cloth quilt. Triple Take is a special spectrum of my hand-drawn florals and trademark color that is worth a second and third look!
