With father Robert at the helm, Scott and Greg Fortunoff join the family business along with sister Jill. They acquire Henry Glass and A.E. Nathan to grow the business.

In the 2010s, they acquire Fabric Editions, Studio E, as well as their warehouses in South Carolina. In 2014 they added Blank Quilting to the portfolio.

In 2018 Scott and Greg added FreeSpirit Fabrics to the fold.

With 95 years in business, Greg and Scott lead Jaftex toward their 100th year in business and look forward to adding a fifth generation to the picture in the near future.
