With father Robert at the helm, Scott and Greg Fortunoff join the family business along with sister Jill. They acquire Henry Glass and A.E. Nathan to grow the business.

In the 2010s, they acquire Fabric Editions, Studio E, as well as their warehouses in South Carolina. In 2014 they added Blank Quilting to the portfolio.
